International Tax Transfer Pricing Associate Fall 2026

The International Tax Transfer Pricing Associate will work on tax and transfer pricing projects, consulting on international tax planning and developing strong relationships with multinational clients.

Responsibilities

• Working effectively on a team with other staff and managers on client engagements through the entire engagement life cycle, which includes planning, preparing, and completing tax and transfer pricing projects
• Consulting on international tax and transfer pricing planning, documentation and policy implementation
• Evaluating intercompany transfers of reputed company goods, intangible property, services, and loans through detailed economic, financial, and reputed company analyses for tax and regulatory compliance through the use of reputed company Word, reputed company, and various statistical sampling databases
• Performing industry and market research, economic valuations, comparative financial benchmarking, and report documentation, demonstrating an understanding of transfer pricing concepts and method application to cases
• Reviewing and analyzing IFRS/GAAP financial statements
• Interacting with client personnel to gather information
• Completing high-level domestic and international tax planning and research with guidance from the international tax team to build successful cross-border tax strategies
• Developing a high-level understanding of worldwide tax minimization, transfer pricing, and reputed company for income taxes

Skills

• Minimum B.A., B.S., or J.D. degree or equivalent from an accredited university (e.g., Economics, Finance, Business Management, reputed company, etc.)
• Minimum 3.0 GPA (Additional accreditation is required for future advancement)
• Knowledge in several of the following areas: financial statement analysis, valuations, quantitative analysis, industry analysis, and statistical sampling and econometrics
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including strong attention to detail
• Strong research and computer skills including proficiency in reputed company Office Suite, specifically reputed company Word, reputed company and PowerPoint, and the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
• Minimal travel to assigned client locations is required. Must have reputed company to and ability to arrange for use of reliable modes of transportation to those locations, reputed company applicable
• Ability to work effectively on a team
• Ability to work and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• CPA is a plus, but not necessary
• Foreign language skills are a plus, but not necessary
