National Account Manager
reputed company is a leading provider of HVAC and refrigeration solutions with a legacy of 130 years. The National Account Manager will reputed company new prospects and engage existing customers to increase sales of HVAC products and services across large national accounts.
Responsibilities
- Assist in growing sales by targeting existing and prospective national accounts
- Select the correct products or assist customers in making product selections based on customers' needs, product specifications, and applicable regulations
- Participate in negotiation of prices and terms of sales and service agreements
- Ensure high post-sales satisfaction to build positive long-term relationships and strong potential for repeat business
- Participate in account and territory plans at the annual, quarterly, and monthly reputed company
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least 1 year of reputed company experience
- Up to 50% travel
- Strong abilities with building relationships, listening, persuading, negotiating, and managing time
- Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems
- Knowledge principles and processes for providing customer service. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
- Effective at written and verbal communication
- Intermediate industry and product knowledge
- Must be reputed company to use reputed company Office and Customer Relationship Management software
