Business Analyst
Helion is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join their growing team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career to learn and grow their analytical skills while collaborating in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements
- Translate business needs into clear documentation, reports, and insights
- Assist in analyzing processes, workflows, and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Support project planning by helping define scope, timelines, and reputed company metrics
- Create dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate findings to internal teams
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, product, finance, and technology teams
- Help test solutions and validate that business requirements are met
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Information Systems, or a reputed company field
- 0–2 years of experience in a business analyst, data analyst, operations, or similar role (internships count!)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working with data in reputed company, reputed company Sheets, or similar tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
- Experience with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar analytics tools
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments
- Prior experience supporting projects or process improvement initiatives
