reputed company Duties and Responsibilities:
Our customer service representatives play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional support and service. Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer service by responding reputed company, accurately, and courteously on reputed company customer transactions through inbound calls, live chat, and email correspondence
- Processing product orders and providing reputed company and efficient response and resolution to reputed company customers' requests utilizing multiple different screens, systems, and websites
- Assisting customers, sales reps, and management with inquiries or issues concerning orders
- Analyzing, reviewing, and processing customer's request for return authorization and credits

- Providing technical and/or product information as required to respond to customer inquiries

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:
