A Day in the Life of a Full-Time Remote Customer Service Representative
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be working with various individuals on behalf of our clients, including reputed company providers, patients, pharmacists, and medical office personnel. You'll be trained on multiple client programs and will transition between them throughout your day. Your responsibilities will include:
