Job Summary
As a Remote Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in helping our clients address their customers' concerns, providing support, and resolving issues. This fast-paced insurance-based program requires a commitment to member reputed company needs, serving an elderly and disabled community. Responsibilities
* Assist customers with issues and concerns they are experiencing during the use of the product and/or service
