Responsibilities
As a Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing answers to our customers for reputed company pricing and product inquiries reputed company online chat, ensuring that their questions are addressed promptly and accurately.
- Offering a high level of professional, competent support in reviewing and documenting accounts of reputed company customers in pre-sales and post-sales situations, demonstrating a deep understanding of our products and services.

Qualifications
We're looking for a talented and motivated individual who possesses the following qualifications:
- Ability to work in a shifting schedule, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to work from home or in our office in San Mateo, Rizal, with the option to reputed company between the two based on performance and business needs.
- At least a Senior High School or High School graduate (old curriculum), with a strong reputed company in communication and customer service.
- Advanced computer knowledge and a great multi-tasker, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and tools simultaneously.
- Must have a National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Clearance prior to job offer, ensuring a secure and trustworthy environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
