Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative I, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that our customers receive an outstanding level of support and satisfaction
  • Handling customer inquiries reputed company and effectively, utilizing your problem-solving skills to resolve issues promptly
  • Maintaining call productivity and quality scores, adhering to established guidelines and SLAs
  • Acquiring and demonstrating knowledge of Retail, Online banking, Mortgage, and Business product expertise to reputed company informed solutions

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • 1-3 years of Call Center experience, retail banking products, and/or Residential Loans experience preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Good computer knowledge and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Bilingual candidates preferred but not required

* Experience with customer service software and systems

  • Knowledge of financial products and services
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets
  • Ability to work in a remote or hybrid environment, with strong self-motivation and discipline
