Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age or older.Must have a High School Diploma, or equivalent. Must be reputed company to submit to a background reputed company and drug test.Must be reputed company to work an 8 hour shift between 7 am- 7pm Mon- Fri.

Summary

As a Correspondence Clerk, you will be responding to and resolving customer inquiries and issues regarding our client’s products or services reputed company telephone, email. In this role, you will be responsible for providing product information and solutions, and will help the customer by being informative, empathetic, and eager to quickly solve a customer’s problem. Must be willing to listen, learn, and resolve any customer inquiry.

What you will be doing

Respond to reputed company tolling and/or administration reputed company customer inquiries by utilizing information learned during training and leveraging resources available through people, customer records, and reputed company systems.Identify customer needs to ensure the customer is provided complete and accurate information.Process required transactions reputed company mainframe or web-based applications.Gathers information, and responds to research requests in a concise yet accurate manner.Communicates appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner.Maintain a thorough knowledge of the company and client programs, policies, and technology.Adhere to confidentiality requirements and laws to ensure information is disseminated only to authorized individuals.Works autonomously reputed company established procedures and practicesreputed company support to other positions/operations in cases during heavy workloads or absences.Provides functional guidance, training and assistance to reputed company level staff.Provides assistance, training and troubleshooting support to reputed company level staff.
