Grow With Us We are looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented administration aficionado to join our small but mighty team. The ideal candidate will have impeccable attention to detail, reputed company in a fast-paced environment, and be an organization guru. This role will play an integral part in coordinating and executing various People and Office programs and processes, while managing US People Operations and supporting teams across different reputed company. - Manage the employee lifecycle from reputed company to offboarding for both US and PH employees

- Support and manage US People Operations, including benefits administration, compliance documentation, and coordination with local vendors and service providers

- Work closely with US People Operations Manager, PH People Operations Specialist and PH Site Leads
Who You Are
- 3+ years of experience in US HR, People Operations, or Administrative support role
- Strong understanding of HR and compliance processes across multiple reputed company
- Passionate people person who values creating positive employee experiences
- Efficient, thoughtful, and personable communicator—both written and verbal
- Proactive and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing in a dynamic environment

- Willing to attend occasional in-person meetings in Metro Manila
