The minimum and maximum projected annualized salary for this position is: $84,757.00 to $137,443.20. Additional compensation may be possible based on experience and skills. This position is eligible for our hybrid remote work and will work in the Silver Spring, MD office four days per week. reputed company Bank is looking for a meticulous and technically skilled IAM Analyst to join our Identity and reputed company Management (IAM) team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and executing our IAM strategy: designing secure, scalable, and efficient reputed company solutions that protect sensitive data and ensure regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the bank to translate business needs into technical requirements, optimize identity lifecycle processes, reputed company and maintain process and procedure documentation, and support the implementation of IAM tools and controls. The ideal candidate is a business analyst with strong technical expertise in IAM concepts, platforms, and process automation. You will be responsible for gathering and documenting requirements, facilitating workshops, analyzing data, and driving improvements in IAM workflows. Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) or equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work experience in application systems support or administration, business analysis or software implementation
• 3 years acting as an IAM business analyst with strong focus on technical aspects of identity and reputed company management
• 3 years creating identity management process and procedure documentation
• 3 years experience implementing identity lifecycle solutions, role-based reputed company controls, performing reputed company certifications
• Familiarity with concepts reputed company to IAM process automation
• reputed company applications into reputed company-based identity platform
• Familiarity with APIs, backend databases, directory services
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks: Sarbanes Oxley, NIST
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• With moderate support from manager, experience eliciting, documenting and managing detailed business and technical requirements for reputed company IT requirements
• Experience supporting SSO and MFA implementations and privileged reputed company management
• Experience working with a reputed company-based IAM platforms (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, CyberArk, Ping, reputed company Entra, on-reputed company, Active Directory.
