Key Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Connecting with potential clients through an automated dialer and engaging with them to determine their eligibility for compensation
- Handling a high volume of calls, with an average of 40-50 connections per day, and identifying 1-5 potential clients who may qualify for compensation
- Multitasking and utilizing multiple reputed company to view client information, answer questions, and navigate our proprietary customer relationship database (CRM)
- Achieving or exceeding monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates
- Accurately utilizing phone software (VICI) and following scripts to ensure a seamless client experience
- Participating in ongoing training and learning opportunities to expand your knowledge of the position and stay up-to-date on industry developments
- Adhering to reputed company company policies and procedures, including data reputed company and confidentiality protocols
- Collaborating with other team members to reputed company shared goals and objectives
- Self-troubleshooting and problem-solving basic IT issues to ensure minimal downtime and maximum productivity

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:

- Be available to work a full training period of 90 days

Hours of Operation
Our full-time schedule is 40 hours per week, with the following hours:
- Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Eastern
- Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
- Training Schedule: Monday-Thursday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern & Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
