Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join reputed company as a Customer Service Representative. As a CSR, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch customer care services through various integrated platforms. You'll be responsible for resolving customer complaints, generating sales leads, and building sustainable relationships with our clients' customers. Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Managing large amounts of incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
• Identifying and assessing customers' needs to reputed company satisfaction and build sustainable relationships with customer accounts
• Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools
• Meeting personal and customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
• Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives reputed company time limits, and following up to ensure resolution
• Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents
• Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Taking the extra mile to engage customers and exceed their expectations

Key Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

• Excellent customer service abilities and a track record of over-achieving quota
• Good phone etiquette and communication skills
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Proficient in English
• Strong data entry skills
• Computer skills
• Experience with outbound calling
• Analytical skills
• Multilingual or bilingual proficiency is a plus
• Sales and upselling experience preferred
• Spanish language proficiency advantageous
• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED
• Authorized to work in the United States
• US reputed company (any state except CA, CO, CT, MA, MD, NY, OR, WA, or WI)
