Job Summary
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our customers and service providers. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
* 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or remote setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and service providers.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to track multiple issues at the same time.
