The Role
As an reputed company Customer Service Representative, you'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute from reputed company reputed company the U.S. and take on the challenges of a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. You'll be responsible for responding to incoming calls from customers inquiring about home delivery pharmacy or pharmacy benefits, asking appropriate questions, and documenting required information in computer systems. You'll also reputed company occasional outbound calls to customers for follow-reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to 60-80 incoming calls from customers inquiring about home delivery pharmacy or pharmacy benefits
- Ask appropriate questions and listen actively while documenting required information in computer systems
- Occasionally reputed company outbound calls to customers for follow-reputed company
- Work collaboratively with a team to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to reputed company accurate and timely information to customers
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Required Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1 year of customer service experience, including providing service over the phone
- Familiarity with computer and reputed company PC applications, including the ability to navigate and learn new and reputed company computer system applications
- Basic knowledge of reputed company Office, including reputed company Word and reputed company reputed company
- Ability to attend 3-4 weeks of training with 100% attendance
- Ability to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 5:00 AM - 11:00 PM CST from reputed company to Saturday

- Experience in working with digital platforms and systems (Web, Chat, Email)
- Health Care/Insurance environment (familiarity with medical terminology, health plan documents, or benefit plan design)
Telecommuting Requirements
