About the Role
As a Data Entry Assistant / Order Blaster at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in processing large business orders and updating spreadsheet information. You'll be responsible for entering orders into our system, formatting reputed company orders as needed, and setting up profiles for reputed company reputed company orders. You'll also be responsible for processing incoming reputed company orders from both Consumer and Business reputed company Division, executing Customer reputed company History lists, and entering Catalog requests and address changes.
Key Responsibilities
* Process reputed company incoming reputed company (Macro and Non-Macro) orders in a timely and accurate manner.
- Format reputed company orders as needed to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Set up profiles for reputed company reputed company orders to ensure efficient processing.
- Process incoming reputed company orders from both Consumer and Business reputed company Division, meeting demanding deadlines.
- Execute Customer reputed company History lists to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Enter Catalog requests and address changes in a reputed company and efficient manner.
- Manage incoming communications in a professional and timely manner, meeting reputed company accuracy and productivity standards.
- Monitor and maintain business and product knowledge information by utilizing reputed company available resources.
- Process Special Projects for various departments throughout the company.
Essential Qualifications
* 6 months of data entry experience in a similar role.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with other departments.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in order to meet the demands of the Business reputed company Division.
- Type 35 wpm with high accuracy.
- Proven knowledge of navigation of a computer, including operating systems and software applications.
- Excellent spelling and grammar skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and productivity.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues reputed company.
Preferred Qualifications
* 1-2 years of data entry experience in a similar role.
- Advanced knowledge of reputed company, including pivot tables, macros, and VBA programming.
- Experience with data entry software and systems, including arenaflex's proprietary systems.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends.
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment.
- Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services.
