Remote Litigation Associate

A reputable and well-established reputed company is seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney with a strong interest or background in reputed company litigation to join their team. • Draft motions, discovery, pleadings, and legal memoranda
• Conduct legal research, investigations, and case strategy development
• Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and clients in a fast-paced environment Qualifications:
• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in California
• 1+ years of litigation experience; reputed company litigation experience or a strong interest in managed reputed company law preferred
• Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• At least 1 year of experience in civil litigation.
• Strong skills in drafting motions and conducting briefing.

• Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize effectively.
• Familiarity with arbitration procedures is a plus.
