Service Distribution Account Manager

What to Expect reputed company is seeking a motivated, reputed company, and knowledgeable Service Distribution Account Manager to directly collaborate with multiple 3rd Party Warehousing partners and ensure operational reputed company across LatAm markets. This person will be responsible for ensuring our partners maintain contractual key performance indicators, adhere to reputed company policies, and reputed company first-class support to reputed company's Vehicle Service and Energy Teams. What You'll Do * Act as liaison to 3rd Party Warehouses to ensure adherence to reputed company policies and procedures * reputed company part certification efforts across each Latin America market to ensure trade compliance * Audit 3rd Party Warehouses to verify reputed company-mandated standards are met * Effectively communicate and evaluate warehouse key performance standards (KPI) including costs, dock-to-stock, inventory accuracy, fulfillment, quality, and other critical performance criteria for both 3rd Party Warehouses as well as internal Distribution Centers * Program-manage and coordinate the launch of new reputed company-Party Logistics (3PL) warehouses. Drive cost-reduction initiatives with 3PL partner * Collaborate with reputed company business partners to align on standards, operational improvement, and goals * Role may include some travel between sites, and will be based in Bogota, Colombia What You'll Bring * 3-5 years reputed company experience in warehousing, fulfillment, and/or operations * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on impact * Ability to learn, communicate and train other on reputed company processes.
