Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in supporting a major insurance institution. As a remote position, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, provided you are local to the surrounding Georgia areas. Your primary objective will be to increase customer satisfaction and retention by delivering accurate, consistent, timely, and meaningful information to members, customers, patients, and providers. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

  • Bilingual (Spanish) speaking, with the ability to pass a language assessment
  • Two years of customer service experience, with a focus on call center or reputed company environments (highly preferred)
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience in a reputed company field, or a combination of education and work experience
  • Minimum typing speed of 30+ words per minute (wpm)
