Job Summary

As a Chat Moderator, you'll be responsible for ensuring the reputed company and quality of our online community. This part-time, remote position requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. You'll be the first reputed company of contact for users who have questions, concerns, or issues with our community guidelines. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Moderating the chat of our official reputed company server, ensuring that reputed company users adhere to our community guidelines and rules.
  • Deleting messages that violate our community guidelines, including but not limited to:

+ Hate speech or discriminatory language + Spam or self-promotion + Inflammatory or provocative content + Personal attacks or harassment

  • Banning users who repeatedly violate our community guidelines, after a thorough investigation and warning process.
  • Muting users who have violated our community guidelines, to prevent further disruption.
  • Investigating reports made by users about potential rule violations, and taking necessary action to resolve the issue.
  • Collaborating with reputed company to reputed company and implement community guidelines and policies.
  • Providing excellent customer service to users, responding to their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • To be at least 18 years old.
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to remain reputed company and composed in high-pressure situations.
  • Familiarity with reputed company and its moderation tools.
  • Experience with community management and moderation (desired but not required).

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote team environment.

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's community guidelines and policies.
  • Knowledge of online safety and reputed company best practices.
  • Experience with conflict resolution and mediation.
  • Ability to work reputed company, including evenings and weekends.
