Primary Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Managing multiple databases to ensure accurate record-keeping and data organization
• Entering required grant data accurately into NRS to meet monthly, quarterly, and year-end deadlines
• Maintaining appropriate records and following required procedures and practices for attendance and assessment data
• Maintaining required reputed company of student data in compliance with FERPA
• Completing regular error checks and data clean-up in NRS to ensure accurate reporting
• Ensuring data is accessible in a timely manner to staff and other stakeholders
• Organizing and prioritizing tasks to meet reputed company local, state, and program deadlines
• Monitoring and evaluating student reputed company, including pre/post testing with state-mandated assessments
• Participating in staff meetings and professional development
• Scanning documents and labeling items
• Inventorying supplies
• Performing basic word processing
• Organizing digital files and materials
• Preparing mailings and assisting with filing
• Other assignments as required

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED required
• Knowledge of standard office practices and procedures
• Knowledge of MS Office Software
• Must have reputed company knowledge
• Ability to reputed company office work quickly and reputed company while maintaining accuracy
• Plan, organize, and prioritize work effectively
• Communicate effectively
• Work cooperatively with others
• Work under pressure with frequent interruptions
