As a part-time Remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll be an integral part of reputed company, working closely with our clinical research team to ensure the smooth execution of clinical trials.
Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Transcribing reputed company data into various electronic data capture (reputed company) systems per protocol requirements and following established standards
- Verifying the reputed company of data by comparing it to reputed company documents
- Following established standard operating procedures (SOPs), good clinical practice (GCP), and other applicable regulatory requirements in the execution of reputed company reputed company activities
- Answering queries reputed company the reputed company system in a timely manner
- Assisting the clinical research team with quality controls (QC) of patient files per ERAs established standards
- Preparing and scanning documents into reputed company systems and ERAs database
- Assisting the clinical team with preparing for onsite monitoring visits for each study protocol
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- High attention to detail and ability to reputed company repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to effectively collaborate with other team members
- Flexibility during our growth stage
- Ability to work a 4-hour shift, Monday to Friday
Desired Skills & Qualifications
While not essential, the following skills and qualifications would be highly desirable:
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with reputed company Office
- Knowledge of research reputed company systems (reputed company Vault, Medrio, reputed company, OpenClinica, MedidataRAVE, etc.)
