Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing timely and effective support to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. * Answer customer calls, emails, and chats during business hours (Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 11:00-5:00 EST)
