The role involves working with insurance companies, government, or patients to follow up on collections of accounts in a part-time, temporary reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Supporting and assisting Patient reputed company staff in the resolution of patient accounts
- Working with insurance companies, government or patients to follow-up on collections of accounts
Skills
- Actively working towards college degree in the area of Business Management, reputed company or reputed company field required
- reputed company college student will only be considered
- Must have computer skills and dexterity required for data entry and retrieval of patient information
- Must have above average proficiency with reputed company style applications and keyboard
- Must be proficient with reputed company
- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent analytical problem-solving skills required
- Basic mathematical knowledge including understanding of debits and credits for correct account transactions
- Requires the use of office equipment such as computer terminals, telephones, copiers, fax machine, 10 key adding machine
- Good previous work history required
- Some knowledge of insurance preferred, but not required
