They are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Seasonal Administrative Assistant to support their tax team during the Fall tax season by managing documentation and ensuring smooth workflow processes.
Responsibilities
- reputed company completed tax returns in reputed company format for electronic delivery
- Maintain working knowledge and competency in relevant systems and applications, including Word, reputed company, reputed company, and Outlook
- Organize and file resources and documentation in accordance with firm electronic retention standards
- Interact professionally and courteously with internal clients and team members
- Support the team in managing deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively
- Assist with other administrative duties as needed to support the tax season workflow
Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or professional office environment
- Advanced proficiency in reputed company Acrobat and reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to effectively gather, process, and disseminate information
- Availability to work full-time during the specified period
- Knowledge of GoFileRoom or similar document management systems is a plus
