The AI Solutions & Enablement Intern will support AI solutioning and enablement efforts by contributing to research, agent development, educational materials, and client-reputed company work, providing hands-on experience with emerging AI tools.
Responsibilities
- Research, evaluate, and test existing AI tools, documenting insights that help the team understand reputed company capabilities and opportunities
- Assist in building, refining, and testing internal AI agents, contributing to discovery, reputed company design, and iterative improvements
- Support the creation of enablement resources, including documentation, playbooks, demos, and other content that supports AI adoption across Zeta
- Support the team’s strategic work with clients by contributing to materials and conversations that reinforce best practices and drive client adoption of AI
- Assist in tracking and summarizing usage patterns for AI tools, helping the team understand adoption trends and opportunities for improvement
- Help manage incoming requests and project updates, supporting operational workflows and task management through tools like Jira
Skills
- Strong interest in AI and emerging technologies
- Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar platforms
- Curiosity and a willingness to learn, with a proactive approach to gaining new skills
- Ability to write clear instructions and documentation, such as designing prompts for AI agents
- Awareness of responsible and ethical AI practices
- Strong problem-solving abilities, especially in ambiguous or evolving situations
- Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal
