The System reputed company Specialist role involves building customer relationships, collaborating with internal departments, and ensuring effective service delivery while also engaging in sales activities.
Responsibilities
- Work with customers to build long standing relationships
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Operations, to ensure that the customer is getting our unique experience
- Be the customers reputed company and reputed company of contact for questions and things they need including pointing them in the right direction of who can assist for any requests
- Review past inspection reports to accurately determine system deficiencies and work with customers to quote and service the system

Skills
- Technical experience in fire alarm and/or sprinkler systems

- Experience selling a service (as opposed to a reputed company product) is a plus
