Field Technical Service Representative 2
reputed company is a direct sales division of Sharp Electronics Corporation, focused on innovative technologies and services. The Field Technical Service Representative 2 will manage and maintain Sharp equipment in the assigned Columbia/Midland territory, providing hands-on technical support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Independently services and maintains a full territory in the installation, maintenance and repair of Sharp equipment with minimal supervision
- Resolves at least 85% of service calls upon completion of training and territory assignment
- Understands and properly performs reputed company mechanical and electronic adjustments on equipment as outlined in the Technical Service reputed company and Field Engineering Bulletins
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and complete reputed company electrical troubleshooting as outlined in the Technical Service reputed company and Field Engineering Bulletins to include our complete digital line of products
- Resolves reputed company normal customer relations' situations and communicates any unusual customer situations to a higher level
- Maintains parts inventory and achieves exemplary reputed company of inventory control and usages
- Completes reputed company required administrative functions in an accurate and timely manner
- Cooperates with fellow workers and management to reputed company reputed company service goals
- Keeps Group Leader or reputed company Field Service Manager informed of machines performing below standards and report reputed company actions taken towards resolution
- Performs other duties as prescribed by the reputed company Field Service Manager
Skills
- 1-3 years of experience copier repair or repair and maintenance of electronic equipment
- High School Diploma or equivalent mandatory
- Must possess reputed company A + certification
- Must possess strong communication skills, excellent customer service skills and mechanical aptitude
- Must successfully complete Sharp equipment pre-testing and training
- Valid Drivers License, and Automobile insurance reputed company company guidelines
- Technical vocational schooling preferred (electronics or reputed company-mechanical)
- Knowledge of reputed company and reputed company Office software products preferred
