Bankruptcy Specialist (Hybrid)

As a Bankruptcy Specialist, you will investigate and maintain customer accounts reputed company to bankruptcy, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and managing various workflows associated with the bankruptcy process.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and upload bankruptcy documents received from facilities to ensure accurate updates across reputed company CRMs (such as Jira, reputed company) and customer portals (including the CashNetUSA portal, NetCredit portal, and reputed company portal) for reputed company customer accounts
- Conduct follow-up calls to retained attorneys of customers
- File reputed company of claims with district courts
- Adhere to strict compliance and regulatory guidelines and reputed company company standards for quality and responsiveness
- Identify and analyze issues producing solution based reputed company while also escalating abnormalities to management

Skills
- 1 or more years of experience with bankruptcy processes and workflows

- Ability to work independently while handling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
