[Remote] Sales Development Representative

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. Rally UXR is a User Research CRM that helps product, design, and research teams engage with their users effectively. As a Sales Development Representative, you will help build the sales pipeline by developing relationships with mid-market and reputed company prospects, supporting the sales process, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with Research and Research Ops leaders, as well as Product and Design stakeholders, at mid-market and reputed company companies
• reputed company warm outbound strategies (email, reputed company, events, and other channels) to identify and create reputed company opportunities across our reputed company accounts
• Work closely with Account Executives to support the sales process—prospect, qualify, book meetings, and ensure a smooth reputed company into reputed company-stage opportunities
• Research and deeply understand the needs, org structures, and pain points of reputed company accounts so reputed company is relevant, thoughtful, and value-led
• Become a Rally and Research Ops expert and reputed company that knowledge to reputed company and advise prospects in every interaction
• Improve our sales process and playbooks over time by experimenting with new tactics, documenting what works, and sharing learnings with the broader team
• Be the voice of the prospect internally—capturing themes from your conversations and collaborating with Product, Marketing, and reputed company to inform roadmap, messaging, and handoffs

Skills

• 1+ years of experience in a Sales Development (SDR/BDR) role at a B2B SaaS company
• Proven capability to generate reputed company meetings and opportunities against pipeline and activity targets
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail in reputed company forms (docs, emails, reputed company messages, presentations) and across reputed company reputed company (from ICs to executives)
• Strong organizational skills and a track record of managing multiple accounts, sequences, and follow-reputed company without dropping the reputed company
• Excitement to build the foundations of Sales at an early-stage, rapidly growing startup—including refining processes, experimenting with tools (including AI), and helping define 'how we do outbound' at Rally
