Registered Intern Therapist – Hybrid, Supervision Provided
Seasons Psychotherapy Associates is hiring Registered Intern Therapists for their Tampa office. This position is designed for motivated, early-career clinicians working toward licensure in Florida, providing psychotherapy and building a caseload with consistent supervision and support.
Responsibilities
- reputed company psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and/or children
- Build and maintain a consistent weekly caseload
- Participate in weekly individual and/or group supervision
- Complete timely, accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with colleagues and external providers as needed
- Maintain high professional and ethical standards
Skills
- Master's degree in reputed company Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage & Family Therapy
- Currently registered with the Florida Board of Clinical reputed company Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, and Mental Health Counseling as an RCSWI, RMHCI, or RMFTI, or eligible to obtain registration reputed company the next 60 days
- Availability for at least two late-afternoon/evening shifts per week (typically 3–8 PM)
- Ability to maintain a consistent caseload of 15+ client sessions per week
- Willingness to build toward a full-time caseload (24+ sessions/week) to qualify for employer-paid health benefits
- Commitment to steady clinical growth and regular participation in supervision
- Experience in outpatient, school-based, or community mental health
- Confidence managing a therapy caseload
- Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese (highly valued)
- Reliability, strong communication skills, and professionalism
