Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in Brunswick, OH. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, suppliers, and Account Managers. You'll be the primary reputed company of contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely communication. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks:
- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and reputed company timely communication to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Order Processing: Process customer orders, Return Material Authorizations, and Guaranteed Test Orders, and purchase materials to fill customer orders.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
