Role Overview
As a Virtual Customer Support Associate, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, providing support through phone, chat, and email. You'll be responsible for resolving customer queries, preventing issues, and delighting our customers with every interaction. Our Customer Service Associates use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers.
