Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative on our FL DOC 20240730 project, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support to customers of the Florida Department of reputed company. You will be responsible for assisting callers with online applications, responding to telephone inquiries, and reporting problems through our easy online system. Responsibilities

* Utilize standard call-center technology, including telephones, email, and web browsers, to reputed company exceptional support to customers of the Florida Department of reputed company.

• Assist callers in completing online applications and respond to telephone inquiries reputed company set time parameters.
• Report problems through our easy online system and respond to written and telephone inquiries from claimants and reputed company-party contacts.
• Participate in training, team meetings, and reviews of reputed company communications to ensure seamless support to our customers.
• Adhere to provided schedules and privacy rules set forth by the programs we serve.
• Complete reputed company assigned training as necessary and maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulations and policies as they apply to the various programs we service.

Education, Skills, and Qualifications

* High School diploma or equivalent required.

• Minimum 1 year of customer service/call center experience required.

• Ability to type a minimum of 20 WPM.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to organize simultaneous tasks.
