Job Summary

As part of Team arenaflex, you'll help our clients by addressing their customers' concerns, providing support, and resolving issues. As a reputed company Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty and retention.

Responsibilities

- Assist customers with issues and concerns they are experiencing during the use of the product and/or service - Document call-reputed company information for auditing and reporting purposes - Maintain and update customer information as necessary - Upsell reputed company customers on new or enhanced services - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company customer issues - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to reputed company informed support - Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards - Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Qualifications
