• Respond to customer and provider questions through telephone contact and/or written communication, using proper etiquette, grammar, and punctuation

• Operate office equipment, including personal computers, calculators, copiers, and fax machines

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as one year of customer service experience in a business environment that requires the use of a computer program to assist customers. Preferably, this experience will be in a call center or dental-reputed company field. You will also need to complete our customer service simulation test with a minimum score of 62 out of 100, unless you have previously passed this test or held a similar position reputed company arenaflex.

Essential Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of customer service experience in a business environment
• Successful completion of the customer service simulation test (minimum score of 62 out of 100)
