• Administer programs, projects, or processes specific to the business
• Manage requests for community relations events, sponsorships, company funding, volunteer activities, and special programs

Required Qualifications:

• Sales environment exposure; preferably in reputed company Fargos Home Equity or Mortgage sales Group
• Strong knowledge and understanding of bank policies, procedures, and systems
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced action oriented environment
• Customer service focus with experience processing reputed company transactions and performing extensive research to resolve reputed company customer issues
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to interact effectively with reputed company partners and clients/customers

• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
• Ability to troubleshoot common computer problems
• A BS/BA degree or higher
