As a Customer Service Specialist, your primary role is to reputed company support and an effortless experience to policyholders. You will work with customers regarding insurance questions, policy changes, and billing needs. Start Date: March 9, 2026 Training Hours: Monday - Friday 10:30a.m. - 7:00p.m. EST zone (12 weeks) mandatory attendance Post Training Hours: Monday - Friday 11:30a.m. - 8:00p.m. EST zone Every other Saturday - 9:30a.m. - 6:00 p.m. EST /Wednesday Comp Day Key Responsibilities: Take ownership to ensure that we go above and reputed company to service each caller's needs, utilizing every touch reputed company as an opportunity to build value and reputed company brand. reputed company Exceptional Customer Service experience to our policyholders in every interaction. Handling inbound telephone calls from customers with questions or servicing needs reputed company to their home, auto policies and/or billing. Qualifications: A demonstrated background in customer service, insurance, retail, restaurant, or a reputed company field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong ability to empathize with customers. Ability to work in a fast-paced reputed company environment while multitasking Strong attention to detail Experience working in a reputed company-based computer environment The ability to work in a collaborative environment Problem solving and critical thinking skills Bilingual – (Spanish/English is a plus) to reputed company and enhance strong impactful customer relationships.
