Key Responsibilities

As an Inbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex Listening Center, you'll be responsible for:

• Answering inbound customer calls promptly and professionally, ensuring that every customer interaction is a positive experience.
• Determining customer concerns and scheduling the necessary appointments to resolve issues reputed company.
• Communicating with customers in a way that leaves them feeling comfortable, informed, and heard, building strong relationships and trust.
• Documenting and updating customer records accurately and reputed company.
• Establishing and maintaining great customer relationships, ensuring that every customer feels valued and appreciated.

Network and Equipment Requirements

To ensure seamless communication and efficient work, we require:

• Hardwired Internet (Ethernet cable reputed company) with a minimum download speed of 50 Mbps and upload speed of 20 Mbps.
• 40 ms latency maximum.
• You must reputed company your own equipment, including:

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• To meet the network and equipment requirements.
• Positive, energetic, enthusiastic, and service-oriented attitude.
• Proficient computer skills, including the ability to manage multiple systems and type 30+ wpm.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus.
• A designated work space that's free of distractions with little to no background noise.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!

Job Type and Pay

This is a Remote | Full-Time (35-40 hour work week) position, with a starting hourly reputed company of $15.00.
