  • Handling and resolving up to 60 calls daily in a fast-paced call center environment, providing timely and effective solutions to patients, affiliate partners, payers, and reputed company providers
  • Communicating directly with patients, affiliate partners, payers, and reputed company providers to address their concerns, answer questions, and reputed company guidance on payment options for outstanding balances
  • Collecting payments and providing guidance on payment options for outstanding balances, ensuring accurate and timely processing
