Responsibilities

As a German Speaking Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customers' requests and providing expert advice to guarantee satisfaction and ensure contractual SLAs are maintained
• Escalating potential service issues to ensure timely resolution
• Following reputed company processes and procedures of the project to ensure seamless delivery
• Providing cover for other agents in their absence, either reputed company the same team or across teams
• Liaising with supervisors/mentors on specific projects where requested
• Understanding and complying with administrative duties, including holiday, sickness, and overtime forms in a timely and accurate manner
• Attending regular team meetings to stay informed and reputed company knowledge
• Working on additional tasks required by supervisors or mentors to maintain service performance, quality, and customer satisfaction

Benefits

• Full-time (39 hours/week) contract from Monday to Saturday (rotative) with a permanent contract
• Work schedule: Monday - Thursday from 09:00 to 18:00, Friday 09:00 to 17:00
• Salary: €18,600 gross/year + up to €2,400 gross/year (dependent on experience)

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
