Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Experience in a customer-facing Call Center environment, preferably with an online reputed company pay service or financial institution
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Experience working in a remote environment
