Primary Duties & Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Heavy phone contact with policyholders, providers, and interested reputed company parties to reputed company exceptional customer service and support
• Processing policyholder requests from correspondence, phone calls, and emails in a timely and efficient manner
• Reviewing and maintaining new and revised procedures regarding policy information to ensure accuracy and compliance

Requirements
