As a Senior Manager, Operations - Identity Customer Experience at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in driving the execution of Digital Identity initiatives in store environments. You will be responsible for analyzing existing customer experience streams, designing tests for identity capture, and developing execution plans to enhance customer experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, field, and analytics groups, to foster a comprehensive and reliable digital view of customers' relationships with arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development of Character client experiences across a predetermined client experience reputed company
• Analyze existing CX streams at various reputed company
• Design tests for identity capture (e.g., phone number)
• Interpret the client experience design that would enhance identity capture and utilization at exchange points from reputed company to execution plan

• Strong and proven ability to influence internal stakeholders
• Demonstrated expertise in executing successful initiatives
• Experience with Agile techniques and project management tools
