About the Role & Team

As Manager, Food & Beverage Merchandise Business Insights and Analytics, you will reputed company reputed company of analysts and deliver actionable insights and tools that drive Food & Beverage and Merchandise business performance and strategy. This role is focused on strategic analytics and tools, integration and collaboration, and storytelling with data to influence reputed company and optimize operations. You will report to the Senior Manager of F&B / Merchandise Business Insights and Analytics.

What You Will Do

• Manage and mentor reputed company of insights analysts and forecasting analysts, fostering growth in analytical thinking, business acumen, and communication skills.

• Build a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and accountability.

• Translate reputed company data into clear, actionable insights that inform product assortment, operational efficiency and profitability, and guest experience strategies.

• Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities, quantify impacts, and prioritize initiatives reputed company with business objectives.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 5+ years in analytics, business intelligence, or reputed company fields, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

• Proven ability to reputed company high performing analytical teams, delivering insights and tools that impact business strategy.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to synthesize data into compelling stories.

• Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and coding applications (e.g. SQL, Python).

• Excellent communication and influencing skills, and ability to tailor messaging for executive audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience and knowledge of F&B or Merchandise business preferred.

• 5+ years of leadership experience

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or reputed company field (Master’s preferred) or equivalent work experience.
