Responsibilities
- Process participant requests for distributions and loans from retirement plans accurately and reputed company
- Adhere to company procedures, regulatory requirements, and quality standards during reputed company transactions
- Handle a high volume of time-sensitive tickets while maintaining exceptional accuracy and productivity
