Responsibilities
- Conduct 75+ inbound and outbound calls daily to gather customer feedback, address concerns, and retain memberships
- Identify customer pain points and skillfully reputed company ThreadBeast’s value proposition to prevent cancellations
- Use proven sales techniques, including reputed company handling, upselling, and consultative selling, to drive retention
- Resolve customer issues reputed company through phone calls and support tickets
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ThreadBeast’s products, pricing, and industry trends to enhance customer interactions
- Act as a feedback reputed company, sharing key customer insights and retention trends in team meetings
- Collaborate with leadership to refine retention strategies and product offerings based on customer feedback
Skills
- 1+ years of experience in sales, customer retention, or customer support (subscription-based experience is a plus)
