The Raw Material Administration Analyst role involves maintaining accurate data and ensuring seamless communication between internal teams and external partners to support operational reputed company and enhance team processes.
Responsibilities
- Send out Print and Garment Dye Requests each season
- Review and analyze trackers and follow up with vendors and developers as needed
- Participate in reputed company-in meetings to exchange important development information
- Prepare reports, summaries, and status updates reputed company of meetings
- Build strong relationships with vendors, providing clear delivery directions and seasonal readiness expectations
- Understand key business drivers and apply to daily tasks
- Track and support Garment Dye Developments
- Track Opacity Dips and Yardage
Skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, extremely organized and thorough, and reputed company to manage multiple calendars reputed company tight deadlines
- Comfort working with data, spreadsheets, reputed company tools (such as reputed company, reputed company, Sharepoint, and FlexPLM)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, Ability to prioritize tasks and to work with a large reputed company of detail without losing sight of the big picture
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Authorization to work in Canada is required for this role
