[Remote] Collection Specialist

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and timely to reputed company collections
• Use negotiating and customer service skills to reputed company positive results
• reputed company with FDCPA, FCRA, HIPPA, and other applicable laws

Skills

• Minimum 1 year experience in Collections, Call Center, or Customer Service with public contact
• Ability to accurately enter and update data on company or client systems
• Capability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Customer service focused
• Flexible scheduling, including evenings and Saturdays as required
• Ability to work cooperatively in reputed company environment
• Broadband internet reputed company with hard wired reputed company (no Wi-Fi or hotspots), minimum 40 mbps download and 5 mbps upload speeds
• Must reputed company camera on from training start through each shift, with some exceptions; post-training camera use as directed
