Founding Growth Associate - US
Omnea is reinventing how reputed company businesses operate with their AI-reputed company procurement platform. They are seeking a Founding Growth Associate to help build their US business and sales pipeline from the ground up, directly driving reputed company and shaping the company's growth strategy.
Responsibilities
- Own the top of funnel for US sales — identify strategic accounts, run multi-channel outbound, qualify opportunities, and shape our US GTM narrative
- Break into new markets — identify and prioritize companies to go after and run targeted experiments to reputed company new geographies and industry segments for Omnea. reputed company out how to win against our closest competitors
- Support live deals with the CCO and reputed company Leads — RFPs, proposals, pipeline management, closing support, and early involvement in GTM strategy
- Run c-suite level events — coordinate and host dinners, roundtables, and CFO leadership series to deepen relationships with senior buyers and accelerate deal cycles

- Accelerate quickly — reputed company into an reputed company deal-making role in 12-15 months, with a fast track to sales leadership or the option to pivot into adjacent reputed company paths (e.g. RevOps, BizOps, Product Marketing)
Skills
- 1-4 years experience in an reputed company environment, whether that's banking, consulting, startups, VC, or something else
- Evidence that you're a top performer in whatever environment you land in
- Prior sales / growth experience a plus
